Hubei Xiansheng Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2001 with a registered capital of 50.58 million yuan. The company is located at Heba Chemical Park in the National High-tech Development Zone of Xiantao City.After more than twenty years of development, the company's current production products have formed four major categories:

 I、Focus on the research and development of new materials mainly using phenol as raw material, producing salicylaldehyde and downstream derivatives such as TPM (salicylaldehyde phenol resin) and DCPD resin, which are widely used as base materials for epoxy resins.

 III、 Production of flavor and fragrance series products.

The company has been selected as one of the key service enterprises in Xiantao City since 2010 and is a major taxpayer among industrial enterprises in the eastern new town of Xiantao. In November 2010, the company was honored with the title of Top Ten "Civilized and Honest Enterprises" in Xiantao City. In July 2012, it was recognized by the Provincial Bureau of Industry and Commerce and the Provincial Enterprise Credit Promotion Association as the eleventh batch of contract-honoring and creditworthy enterprises in Hubei Province. Since being recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in October 2014, the company has passed the reexamination twice so far. On May 30, 2016, the company officially listed on the "New Third Board" (Stock abbreviation: Xiansheng Technology Stock Code: 837644), becoming the only industrial enterprise in Xiantao to enter the highest level capital market. In 2019, the company won the title of Hidden Champion Enterprise in Key Subdivisional Fields of Pillar Industries in Hubei Province. In 2020, it was selected into the key project of "Science and Technology Empowering Economy 2020" by the Ministry of Science and Technology. At the beginning of 2021, it was again selected as a Hidden Champion Tech Giant Enterprise in Key Subdivisional Fields of Pillar Industries in Hubei Province. In 2023, it was selected as a National Special New "Little Giant" enterprise.

In addition to the existing production base, the company has established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Hubei Keyuan Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd., covering an area of 166 mu. On December 15, 2020, the company's newly built annual production project of 1600 tons of chemical products became the first enterprise in the city to pass the evaluation and enter the Xiantao New Material Industrial Park according to the "Interim Measures for the Evaluation of Chemical Enterprises Entering the Xiantao Industrial Park". After the project is put into operation, the company's annual output value will reach a new milestone of 1 billion yuan.
